Had my weigh/measure today at Curves.....

Put on 1.5lbs, but lost another 2.75 inches! I am not giving up hope by any means. I feel better than ever and am on the right track. Even though I told myself that the weight numbers don't matter, it hurt just a little not to see them go down.

So....no real pity party here. Just thought I'd share.

I think it is amazing that you have lost all of those inches! Think of the muscle you have gained in the process! You seem to have such a great attitude, and thanks for passing it on. The numbers will follow the inch loss, with time!

Sorry Shell...:(

But hey, at least you didn't put inches on too!! You're doing great!!

Losing inches is much more important then losing pounds. To lose inches you have to actually lose fat!! To lose pounds all you have to do is go to the bathroom :D

I know it is tough to not see the scale move but you did GREAT by losing the inches.

Aww, turn that frown upside down! YOU LOST FAT!!!! :) The gain is just muscle!!!! That is awesome! Muscle burns more calories than fat, so while you a resting, you are still burning more calories than you were before! :) That is good news!!!! Losing inches is GREAT!!!!!

Hang in there! You are really doing the right thing for your body and your health. The scale will move in the right direction eventually. Right now just focus on the inches and hold your head up high! YOU DID IT!!!!

Tig beat me to it. Gaining muscle is an awesome accomplishment. So muscle weighs more than fat--you lost inches too. That's wonderful.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I wouldn't care if I weighed 300 pounds if I could wear a size 6. Your weight isn't the most important factor, your size is the most important factor. You have reduced your size!

That's happy news in my book. That tells me that your hard work is paying off in the very best possible way. Smile, sweetie, you're doing great! You are a success and a great inspiration to us all.

Hang in there SeaShelly! The loss in inches is great. They say muscle weighs more than fat so you actually lost it's just not showing up on the scales yet.:D

WOW, your inches loss is great. You should be very proud of yourself for that. Like everyone has said, the inches mean fat loss. We would all love to see the scales move, but at least you have inches gone. Hang in there.

Losing inches is a wonderful thing!! You should be very proud of yourself, I know I would be!! :):)

Congratulations on losing those inches!! :):)
