No MyPoints click-thrus lately!!

I have not received ANY click-thrus (5 pointer emails) from MyPoints since sometime in January. Has anybody gotten any lately? I have also emailed them about a point credit discrepancy (emailed them twice!!) and never got more than an automated response. I am ready to cash out and be done with them.
 
I get at least 2 or 3 every day. I think if you shop through them, it encourages them to send you more offeres, although I have only done that once in over a year.

A lot of people get emails from freeride, but I never have, so maybe it's all hit and miss?
 
I usually get about 4 emails from mypoints and 1 from freeride each day. I just checked my email and I have 3 from mypoints all from last night and 1 from freeride. The only thing I have ever bought through mypoints is the entertainment book so at least for me shopping doesn't have anything to do with it.

See if you can do something about getting on their list again those 5 points really add up. The freeride mail is also important the offer they just sent me was 400 points for entering my email address and 5 for checking it out. That's alot of points for such a simple task!
 
I am going to try calling their CS number today. I have purchased thru MP and never noticed the emails increasing. DH and I both have accounts and neither one of us have received their emails for quite some time. I will post their response later once I call.
 

I am getting a lot. At least once a day but usually more than that. :confused3
 
That happened to me once. After I had cleaned out the cache, I forgot to unblock the mail. Be sure you have pop ups from MyPoints enabled. And have you checked your spam folder?
 
Well, I got ONE click-thru this morning. Maybe I am back on their list? I haven't done anything different on my computer so I am not sure what the glitch is. When I called I had to leave a message and "someone will get back to me within 48 hours". Something tells me I won't get a response since I never got anyting back on the emails I sent.
 
I had 5 this morning, and 2 last night when I got home from work. I only shop through their site once or twice per year, but I do every click-through email.

Well, my email to Free Ride helped. My email address was bouncing in their system, they had taken me off the list! So far now I have gotten 3 emails in 2 days, which is nice.

Hope the rest of you get back on board with the click throughs.

I've not gotten new emails in about that long either. I was thinking about going back in to my profile and updating.

I always use Yahoo for My Points.

I LOVE the blue drink BTW, too!

Hmmmmm...

that would apply to me, but the day I posted above I went to MyPoints and refreshed my selection to receive emails. I had one bonus email the following day and two more in my inbox now.
