HI all......Disfam and I decided to start a new kind of weekly thread for all of us who have problem during the weekends. I posted this monday on how bad I ate over thep ast weekend and a few replyed on how they too have problem during these days. Many of us are so busy on the weekends and don;t have time for planning meals. In my case during the weekdays I have great eating habits and I have noticed that this is because Monday throght friday I have routine in my life. My two older ones are off to school and for the most part I am home during these days. ON the weekends we have sports, socializing and so much running around that getting a quick bite can be damagin for me! Also, I can nto always fit my exercising in these days.
So we were thinking to start a weekly post called NO MORE WEAK ENDS.........I figured on friday post what you plans are so far. Any dilemmas you may such as a party or just a tight scheduled weekends and then maybe someone will have an idea and how you can eat healthy during this time.
On Monday, we'll post again on how we did that weekend! possibly weigh-in's????

I'll be sure to post this both days, I have a feeling that me being in charge of this, it will be incentive for me to do well on my very hard WEAK-ends!
