No more smoking or vaping in the parks

Ok clearly you dont understand how experiments (research) work. You are the one who holds the burden to proof...but it doesn’t exist because it would be near impossible to prove given all the other pollution in the air. (No one ever attacks drivers though.) Common sense would tell you though that in the outdoors, smoke from a cigarette is so diluted it will not harm a non smoker. It’s the same as swimming in the ocean. There is urine, feces, dead bodies, you name it in the ocean, but it is safe to swim because it is such a large body of water, the dilution makes it safe.
People believe whatever the hear without thinking for themselves or applying common sense she.
It’s funny though that so many people at Disney who profess to be worried about their health consume an ungodly amount of calories while visiting the parks, even though they’re already overweight.
Part of this is also because many people complain just because they dont want to be inconvenienced by avoiding the smoking areas. People should practice the tolerance they preach.
And yet there are beaches that are deemed unsafe due to pollution, sure if you are far away from the pollution it is safe, but not right next to it, same as smoking.

IMO these people are just intolerant of smokers

And why should we be tolerant of smoking?

They aren't though, already been said.

But actually I was asking how would they enforce not being allowed to take them in the park, not the smoking of them.

Same way they enforce the ban of guns, selfie sticks, pot etc

It might. You know they will fire one up in the bathrooms. Going to happen all the day long.
They are already smoking in the restrooms. I was tat WDW 2 weeks ago and can’t remember which one it was but walked into a restroom and almost started coughing as the smell was so strong.

I have stayed at the MGM and the Luxor and the rooms were no smoking. At the MGM only smoking on the casino floor and the bars. The Luxor had smoking at the casino and bars. That may have changed since I was there 10 years ago.
Planet Hollywood you can get rooms that are smoking, Aria you can get rooms that are smoking (I think it's just one category though), Stratosphere has smoking rooms, Treasure Island has smoking rooms (I think it's just one category though). Just to name some. Though I haven't gone through all the hotels on the main Strip.

Mandalay Bay and Hilton Grand Vacations on the Boulevard where I've stayed at are all non-smoking rooms though.

Do they allow smoking in the rooms in Vegas?

Most hotels have both smoking allowed rooms and no smoking rooms. The degree of separation between the two types of rooms depends on the hotel. Excalibur had little separation and people booked non smoking rooms and then smoked in the stairway anyway. On the other hand, Aria seemed to have a good bit of separation and better ventilation. Although for 70 bucks vs 250 bucks, of course Aria is going to be better in a lot of things. The two completely non smoking hotels are Vdara and Mandarin Oriental. Neither has a casino but several casinos are close by to both.

Mandalay Bay and the attatched Luxor were owned by MGM as is the Beau in MS.

NZ went smoke free in bars in 2004, and they found that there was an increase in sales, there are more non smokers that were choosing not to go, breath it in and come home stinking that started going out after the ban.

Well in Michigan plenty of bars have closed since no smoking in public including bowling alleys...

I like the people pushing their smoking is bad mmnkay agenda on here like having an addiction is so easy to quit. How about you try telling that to someone who is suffering from a heroin addiction.

So you think we should allow heroin addicts to shoot up? I mean have some compassion and consideration for them, they cant help their addiction after all.

Why do you expect compassion? You have chosen to take up an addictive habit, that has negative effects on others, that has no positive effect on you except to fuel your addiction.
That is my choice... I don’t to expose you to anything and won’t. Just the vehemence towards the people that do is frankly appalling. We are human too.

Can’t smoke in bars in our county. The bars found that it hurt their sales enough that every single one that has the room has built a deck or patio on to allow smoking out there.

The way I see it, smoking is a disgusting and dangerous habit, it has been widely known for decades how addictive and dangerous it is. There is no reason to start smoking, it's not like a heroin addiction that may start with nessecary prescription painkillers.
Now in the US it may not matter, but here it is a serious drain on our public health dollars, and I think I that money should be spent on more deserving patients rather than people who have chosen to poison their own bodies (same thoughts I have about alcoholics and the morbidity obese as well).
It also has a negative impact on others.
So no, I have no compassion or consideration for those that choose to smoke.

No smoking on the premises at all, including "open" areas.
In fact the govt has.a goal of 2025 for the entire cou try to be smoke free.
