No more Smallville!

Because of a "fairbroadcasting ruling" from congress Dishnetworks pulled the plug on 3 UPN stations across the country I was paying extra for on my Dish account because by law I have to use only the local UPN station out of Anchorage Alaska, but the station KYES will not broadcast WB shows like Smallville. So now I cannot see one of my favorite shows anymore unless I buy it a season late on DVD.

I hope Eisner buys Echostar (Dishnetwork) just so he can micromanage it to death like ABC.

I'm switching to DirectTV, they have more channels plus the UPN stations with Smallville and ironically is owned by Comcast I believe.

I couldn't be without Smallville either! Make the Switch and Get a TIVO Direct TV Reciever while your at it! Best way to spend $100! TRUST ME!

I hope somebody from Comcast can see an advantage here that Dishnetwork is missing out of by not offering substitute stations like another UPN with WB programming, Dish claims its because of the recent law passed by congress that forces them to display local programming only, I find that unconstitutional and am prepared tp file a class action lawsuit at the very least to gain attention to this government censorship of our freedom of speech.

Why Comcast? because they own DirectTV which CAN give me other UPN stations from across the country unlike Dishnetwork, and there is a strong possibility Eisner is going to buy the parent of Dishnetwork, Echostar Communications.

So here is the future, Disney Buys Dishnetwork and we still have no WB locally or Concast buys Disney and we get better and broader programming choices, of course there is other alternatives such as Disney buying WB to force Comcast to up their bid but thats just one of many speculations going on.

Sadly our government now has decided its better for the country to view ONLY local stations thus stifling us from better programming and or products avalable elsewhere. I used to have access to ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX from the east and west coast, not anymore because of congress and decisions of the democratic party believe it or not.

Voting democratic will continue this stifling of progress I think.

If I am wrong then let someone prove it now.
