Let's not assume too much about some of that behavior in the parks. I've been guilty of being the dad forcing his DD's on rides that scared them. If I didn't, we'd never have ridden BTMRR, Peter Pan, Goofy's Barnstormer, Splash, and the Teacups. But then, my DD's loved all these rides once I had "forced" them onto them, including BTMRR. BTW, this isn't really "rude" behavior to other guests. Some guests may not like witnessing it, but it doesn't necessarily mean the parents are bad ones, if you don't know the whole story (the child is overly timid, maybe), and don't know the outcome (whether the child enjoyed the ride).
As for the father pushing his son in the chest, I guess I've seen far worse, for far less offense than the child being too loud.
The rest of the things you mention are all rude behavior. But I hate to see "forcing" your kid to ride something they may well enjoy lumped into the category of "rude" behavior.
