Maybe WDW is hogging the supply of Mickey Bars ........... ???
With all the 25th anniversary special DVC members only events going on this year , those mickey bars are the hottest commodity going at the events.
They are given out for free at every DVC member event . ALL you can eat, FREE Mickey bars !!!
Ok, I am guilty , but at least I had some self control about it . I have personally seen LOTS of guests at these events walking away with handfuls of Mickey Bars .
SO there you go .............mystery solved , everyone can blame the DVC members !
It really annoys me when CMs just make stuff up. Like why can't you just say, "Sorry, they're unavailable right now and we're not sure when we'll get more in." instead of, "Nope, they're gone and they're not coming back, EVER!!" Seriously, dude?

There's no way of knowing whether the CM was told that the Mickey Bars were returning or not. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt that a ice cream truck CM probably doesn't know whether they are gone for good or not, and, as far as they know, they're gone.

I know that they don't know. Which is why they should SAY they don't know if or when they're coming back instead of just point blank telling people the bars aren't ever coming back.

Unfortunately, the purpose behind the "can't say I don't know" rule is lost on some CMs. The intent is not for them to make something up, or straight up lie, as is seems more and more of them are doing. The intent was that if they don't know the answer to a question, they are to find an answer or direct the guest to someone who can help them.
