No more free Hulu?

I'm not a big Hulu user, as I've only used it once or twice to catch a '24' I missed but if you rely on Hulu big changes might be soon and not good ones:

Hulu CEO have an interview a couple months ago and he said there would be free content and Hulu Plus, which gives more choices and options and it would be $9.95 a month...that's the last I heard.
