Where did you get this information? The other possible date mentioned earlier is May 18th.

Darkbeer reported it at mouseplanet. He is a reliable source. He doesnt post info unless he's sure of it. May 18th is the day they are estimating it to be finished.

When I logged into Ridemax the message says that the fastpasses is suspended from April 16 to May 18th due to construction.
