After ordering twice and not receiving, I decided to email guest services. Here is their response:

Thank you for your interest in our planning videos.
For many years, Walt Disney World® Resort has utilized a Vacation Planning Video to help guests consider and plan vacations. As Guests video viewing habits and expectations have changed in recent years, so must our communication methods. While there is no longer be a DVD option available, you are able to continue watching the Disney Vacation Planning videos online.
We do have a wealth of information available online as well as on our Disney Parks YouTube channel.
For Walt Disney World® Resort videos guests can go to: www.disneyplanning.com
The online videos are available in English, Spanish and French, where as the DVD was English only.
