No luck with the new virtual waiting room on Shop Disney

I was hoping the new virtual waiting room would make a difference in the limited release circus but no luck. When the Ahsoka ears finally came up I clicked on them and the virtual waiting room hold screen came up. After about 5 minutes, it kicked me off. Tried to go back but now they are showing as sold out. They're already on ebay for $255 (regular price $78). If your product is selling out in minutes, maybe you should consider bigger quantities...Mickey needs the money.

Today's experience was awful. I tried for 45 minutes. Had mugs in my cart and it wouldn't let me check out.

complete waste of 1.5 hours! was able to add things to my cart but never able to check out...finally gave up. the key is already on ebay for >$100

UPDATE, I sat in the que for three hours on my phone and never got in. I tied on my computer and got in in less than an hour...in case that helps anyone...

While teleworking I have my phone sitting in the waiting room after I also couldn't get my purchase to go through. I couldn't even log in to my account. I have been hanging with the Millennium Falcon for over 3 hours.

I am wondering if I am actually in a que or if the website is down and it is just placating me?

Tried for the pins released today, made it all the way to checking out, submit payment, the Captcha, then would not go any further. Gave up after 1 hr 27 minutes. IPad screen now stuck on the lobby every time I go to Shop Disney.

OMG, now the asking price for the Ahsoka ears on eBay is $325 to $600!
