No luck at Disney Store

A few months ago I was at Disney Store and they had 5 day park hoppers that you could buy, so I gathered up $900 worth of our gift cards and headed in today to buy them for our trip and no, they don't sell anything other than 3 day PHs now On top of that, I asked if I could combine all our gift cards on to one (i.e. use those 18 cards to buy one card with a $900 value) and they're unable to do that, too.

You could buy the 3 day PH and then stop by the ticket booths at some point during the first 3 days to upgrade. It doesn't the ticket booths, but you can still go straight to the parks on day 1 and wait for a shorter line when you upgrade.

I don't know if this would do you any good, but I just read on the Budget Board that if you have a Disney Vacation Account, you can add all of the gift cards to it and combine them that way. Here is a link to that thread http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3310570

I've read that you can call the number on the back of the card (or try Guest Services to get the number from them) to combine the cards over the phone. The pp had a good idea to buy the 3 day PHs and then upgrade with the remaining gift cards at a ticket booth when you arrive at the parks. There is no limit to how many gift cards you can use at a ticket booth.

I probably will end up just doing the 3 day and upgrading. Though we'll see about combining. By the time we go we'll probably have at least $2000 if not more in Disney gift cards. It would be nice to not have to carry around 30 cards or whatever! (I don't do math!)

No where within the parks, store,or telephone is able to combine gift cards. The travel account previously mentioned might be your only option but I don't have any experience with that. I had to carry a ton of them with me for my WDW trip (I buy at target with the 5% discount) and it was a pain. It's not as bad locally at DL since I only carry one or two
