I have to share!

We told the girls tonight!

Popped some popcorn for "movie" night - the free planning dvd that Disney sends you!

DH and I would say things like "wow! wouldn't it be cool to see Santa at WDW?" or "wouldn't you like to see a tree THAT big?"

Finally we got a "I wanna go!" followed by a "me too!"

And while we planned on telling them tonight, we got the customized maps in the mail today that I ordered a few weeks ago! I had forgotten about them!!

I am bursting to tell mine!! Only 3 more days. We are not telling them at ALL. DD will probably know as soon as she sees the airport, but until we check in for ME, we plan on saying nothing but "you'll see when we get there!"

It has been tough...a couple of times we almost gave it away talking back and forth about what needed to be done. Luckily, they are still young enough we can spell most things we need to say, although DD does know D-I-S-N-E-Y and of course M-I-C-K-E-Y.

We had a hard time keeping it a secret too, but it was so much fun. We started to drive toward the airport, and DD knew it was the way to her skating rink. She thought we were taking her for an extra practice. Then she saw the airport and knew something was up. At the airport she saw that we were going to Orlando, but didn't know what was there. She kept saying Universal Studios. It wasn't until a little boy on the plane asked "Are you going to Disney World too?" that she knew exactly where we were going. We got home a week ago and she still talks about the surprise.
