Pulled chicken seasoned with roasted tomato and chipotle, served on tostadas with black refried beans, green tomatillo sauce, queso fresco, and sour cream
I absolutely love these and get them every time I dine at San Angel Inn. Once again they did not disappoint and were the perfect amount of food after having the quiche earlier.
Both Rachel and Beth had actual entrées, but I'll let them tell you about those.
