This is a confirmed reservation for a 2 bedroom/2 bath villa in Disney Old Key West for the dates of November 16-23.

Asking price - $1375 OBO (+guest transportation/service fee of $95)

As this was obtained through an exchange the dates cannot be split up or changed. To reserve this unit with points would use 232 points, making the asking price less than $6/point. Please call or email if interested.

We were very excited to get this exchange and quite disappointed that it turns out it won’t work for us. We hope we can get another exchange sometime as we have never stayed on a Disney property and have been wanting to for quite a while.

Edit 10/23 - See post below for info on 1 bedroom unit that is also availible at the same resort for the same time period. Reserve both units and get them for <$5 per point. Post below also has updated prices. I will post as soon as one or either of them are taken, so if you don't see a post saying they aren't availible, then they still are.

We now have a 1 bedroom villa availible as well at the same resort for the same time period. We thought we had someone who was going to take it, but it fell through.

So now if anyone wanted to take a group of up to 12 people (like we originally wanted to do), these two units could fit everyone.

The one bedroom unit is also at Disney's Old Key West for the nights of Nov. 16-23. New prices for both units listed below.

2 bedroom unit - $1325 + $95 resort fee ($5.71/point)
1 bedroom unit - $975 + $95 resort fee ($5.67/point)
both units - $1995 + 2x$95 resort fee ($4.94/point)

we are already going to be down from nov 14-21 at bwv in a 2 bedroom. we could extend our stay untill the 23rd. that would at least take care of 2 days.
heck if we werent already going to be there we would take that deal in a heart beat!

We will be sure to let you know if it comes down to that, but I personally can't believe that someone hasn't snatched these reservations up. Of course it is pretty short notice, I guess it is just a matter of waiting until the right person sees it. We just really hope that this will allow someone to take a dream Disney vacation that otherwise they wouldn't of been able to.

I hesitate to lower the prices more, as I already feel it is quite a steal. But if there is anyone who is interested and would like to make an offer, I would be glad to entertain it.

I edited the title to show that only the 2 bedroom unit is availible and that the new price ($1045 + resort fee) makes the reservation $4.50/point.

Looks like it is time to drop the price a little again. I got a fair amount of inquiries about this 2-bedroom after the last time I lowered the price, but so far no one has committed to it. And since I had mentioned to a few people that I would give it to them for $975, I thought I would get on here and offer it for that price to anyone who wants it.

So the new price is $975 for a 2-bedroom unit at OKW for the dates of 11/16-11/23.
