I have a confirmed reservation for BCV in a Studio for 6 nights, Sep 13-19 (departing on 19th).

My price for this unit would be $820.

A deposit of 25% will put the reservation in your name and give you a confirmation number. Balance would be due not later than 45 days prior to arrival.
