No Le Cellier's ADR's left :-(

I also think that it is highly over rated. We've eaten there twice, and been dissappointed twice. Try Kona!

I just booked lunch at Le Cellier after trying for weeks to get dinner. I had never before asked them to check for lunch and when they did, they had several days with several different times available. You may want to consider lunch as you may have a better chance with it. Good luck!

good luck.
We have an ADR booked for Sept. It will be our first timing eating here so I hope its good. I'm sure lunch would be just as good.

Some people love Le Cellier and others do not. I tend to think if you're a steak lover you'll like it, otherwise you will not. The atmosphere is not perfect but I find most of the on site restaurants not that great. They're family oriented rather than fine dining.

We went to Le Cellier last January and had some really great steaks and our waitress was so nice and fast. It was one of our better evenings at dinner.

Sadly, for our Sept. trip they our booked solid for our week. I know they have lunches open but thats too early to eat for us.

There was nothing at all open, regardless of your party size? That's the only down-side about the Free Dining (which we did last year). Too many people trying to get into the best places makes it a drag. It really was a headache.:headache:

DH and I enjoyed lunch there on our last day. Pretzel bread, small steak, chocolate moose...yum! We hopped on the Magical Express to catch our flight home with very full tummies.

We're going Sep 22-Oct 2. When I called this afternoon to make ADR's the only thing available at LeCellier for our dates was 8:50 PM on Sep 30th. That's a bit later than we like to eat but we took it. :)

I haven't ever tried this at Le Cellier, but sometimes we'll call while we're in Disney and they'll have something open up last minute for the next day or so. This may not work, but sometimes we've been lucky with other popular TS restaurants!

DH had the petit filet for lunch last year & said it was the best steak he'd had in the World. I usually don't eat large portions at one meal, especially when it's very hot outside, so I had the cheddar cheese soup & mixed field green salad (DH ate at least half!) & we shared the maple creme brulee. We were not on the dining plan.

Our dinner plans got changed so we tried to into Le Cellier on June 4th between 5:00-6:00 for supper. They were booked, which I figured was the case. If anyone is going to cancel, please let me know. Just looking for a party of 2. Will keep trying back everyday, just in case of a cancellation.

Well, after seeing this thread, I realized I better try to make an ADR for our mid-August trip. I figured it wasn't during free dining so I should be okay. Well, was I WRONG!!! They are completely booked for dinner from 8/15 to 8/20, except for an 8something ADR ,where they wanted to split my family of 4 in half, and a 4something on another day. I guess I'm going to have to keep calling back. I really, really wanted something on the 15th.....guess I needed to plan earlier than I thought...AAAAGH!!!

I really enjoyed Le Cellier when we went there. We were lucky enough to get a corner booth, so didn't have the squished in the middle of the dining room problem. The cheese soup was good, and my steak was perfectly cooked, just the way I like it. It was not a died and gone to heaven experience that I had half-expected, but I liked it and we will go back. DH said it was a good dinner, but didn't rave about it.

When people say "fully booked until October." do you really mean for every single party size and time? Or just your party size and eating before 7pm? I've had no problems getting an ADR 30 days out for 2 at 8:30pm in October.

For me, it was anytime for supper for a party of two. Our dinner plans got changed so I knew it was kind of late to try & get in. But, they were completely booked for dinner June 3rd & 4th.

same for me. it was any time, and I asked very specifically saying that we would take any time on any day that we could eat there for dinner and the answer was no.

I got lucky after about 7 calls. They had a very last second cancellation(the CM told me there were none then paused & said one just came through) so now I have LC for 12:10 on September 20. So just keep calling & keep trying, good luck to you.

I think Le Cellier's steaks are good not fantastic like Jiko's. We enjoyed our meal there the bread was nice and the cheese soup was good.I think the highlight of the meal was the desserts. We loved kid's chocolate moose and kid's cookie sundae that was on the menu and the maple cream brulee. We did have to wait about 15 min for our adr and the and the courses came out very slow, so I thought I would try lunch instead. We going june 12 so I let you know how lunch compares to dinner.

Shhhhh! Are you mad, woman?!? Lest we want Jiko impossible to get into and have dozens of threads just like this one, let's keep WDW's best steak a bit under cover, eh? ;) :thumbsup2

For everyone still trying for LeCellier, stuff opens up all the time. Just keep calling. Lunch is always delicious, too, if dinner is just not opening up for your group!

We weren't going to do lunch but, a spot did become available so we decided to take it. All of the other spots for lunch & dinner are completely booked for the entire week we are there. Pretty much through November they are completely booked the CM told my husband.

Anyone have any favorite lunch time menu items?
