Did they have Illuminations in December last year?
There are none listed on the park hours for the whole month of December.
All other park hours are listed except Animal Kingdom.

Do they cancel it due to Christmas activities?

My guess is they didn't finish with the entertainment entries before whoever was entering them went home for the day. It took about 4 hours for them to get all the parades and fireworks listed for MK after the initial posting of hours.

At least this is my hope.

I certainly hope that they have Illuminations in December. This will be my third trip and I have not seen it yet. This is something that I am really looking forward to. Keeping my fingers crossed!

They had it last year in December. I think it will show up eventually on the schedule.

I talked to a cm earlier today about illuminations-They definitely are having it in December, in fact during the holidays they are having two shows on some nights!
:)

Illuminations was at 9:30 last year because of the Candlelight Processional.

Are you sure you looked at the calendar correctly? There are 2 Epcot calendars shown for the areas that close at different times.

Illuminations is not in there for Nov. either, obviously they have not filled in the entertainment schedule yet.

Just checked before coming here. Illuminations will be at 9:30. Susan

I sure hope they're having it...I have an Illuminations Cruise booked for 12/5!

Beth

I wondered the same thing but they had it along with attractions on the Disney Epcot page.

Hey Bethc1952!!! I am going on an Illuminations cruise on December 5th too!!!! I am going with the Allears group (RADP-8). Is this the cruise you are going on? 2 Beth's going on the cruise on the same day!!!! Isn't it a Small World after all!!!! Beth

Yes, I've got one of the RADP boats, with a party of nine! I'm so excited! I've always wanted to do this, but never found the time. It's an anniversary present for me (31 years), my son (5 years) and my sister -in-law (18 years), a little early for some, a little late for others, but nonetheless we're celebrating!

Beth

Sorry, I just must have checked the hours before they had them finished. Didn't mean to alarm anyone.

Now they have illuminations posted.
Thanks for the replies to my panic!;)
