I was not fast enough to get a Illuminations cruise, or should I say not lucky enough. But I was able to book a MK cruise. The CM made it a point to say they are no longer calling these a fireworks cruise. Can someone tell me about this. Not sure if I'm going to keep it but felt it was better then nothing. Now I'm wondering if it wouldn't be better from any hotel that pipes in the music. What do you think?

From what I understand they no longer call it a fireworks cruise because they can't guarantee that you'll get to see fireworks (if for some reason the show is delayed or cancelled).

They are called "specialty" cruises now. You can get specialty cruises during the day as well as the evening.
