The CAT place has a real good vacation policy. Have to earn a little time per pay period but it adds up to 2 weeks by the end of the year. After your 1 year anniversary you get 2 weeks right off the bat. I work for nice vacations!!

I took my tool box and dropped it off and meet my new supervisor. He said all the guys spoke highly of me and my past work performance was outstanding. Ok wow. They rushed everything thru and I start on Monday!!

My first place of employment after moving to FL in 1986 had NO vacation time provided meaning "if I wanted off, it had to be approved AND NO PAY."

That is no good.
