No free kids with Virgin!!

I have already mentioned this on another thread, but I thought I would start a new one in case anyone missed it.

We are currently placing an advance booking with Virgin for 2005, and have been told by 3 different people there, that there will be no free kids places next year.
It seems unusual, as Virgin have been offering these for a long time, but the guys we spoke to seemed very sure (although another rep said they were 99.9% sure there WOULD be free kids places...confused?!?).

Ummm.... we always fly Virgin, and I was told at the weekend, that they are offering no discounts either(although you can get 5% if you book online), they are also abolishing the free insurance they offered to!!!.

I did have abit of an arguement with the girl on the end of the phone, and eventually did get free insurance, but they wouldnt budge on the discount!

i've got the new brochure and it say's there are limited free child places between certain dates: book before 4 sep 04 for departures to orlando between 14-20 feb 05 and 4-21 april 05
