Have a great weekend everyone! I look forward to updating weekend minutes on Monday. I will try to have more fun facts next week than I have this week as well. Been pretty busy. But I'll try more next week since it'll be the last full week of April! :)

Thu 4/13 rest
Fri 4/14 60 minutes of cardio and yoga
Sat 4/15 50 minutes of yoga

And then I caught my preschooler's nasty cold and was out for a week

Sat 4/22 30 minutes of lower body strength
