No fantasmic dinner packages 12/12 to 12/24...did I miss something?

The CM said that they only offer it from lunch times so the Minnie's holiday dinner isn't included. We already have a 320 Minnie H&V dinner booked so I think we will just keep it and try for the best fantasmic seats we can get.

That is so strange. I did the Springtime Dine as a package this past May. Are they limiting the holiday ones?

I think what I got was the Holiday Dine on 12/5 with the F! Package.... I got it online though, never talked to a CM

I would maybe try going online or calling again. I read on another thread that more times opened up after the initial release this morning. I also feel that if I do not get a satisfactory or reasonable answer from a CM, I hang up and call right back. I know it may sound terrible, but I have received plenty of conflicting information that has been easily corrected by another call.

I just booked a 3:40 Fantasmic! package at Hollywood & Vine online. It's my understanding that the characters are there for breakfast, lunch & dinner. So, if you're planning to eat at Hollywood & Vine either way I would book the package.

Minnie & Friends are only at Dinner. You get the Doc McStuffins characters for breakfast & Lunch! So if you are wanting the Minnie's holiday dinner....you need to have a ressie for dinner - which is 3pm and after.

I just booked 3:05 Fantasmic dinner package at Hollywood & Vine was anyone able to book anything in the 4:00 time slot that's what I was shooting for I still have my 4:15 pm regular dinner reservation I will almost certainly cancel it but I'm wondering if I should expect later times to open up?

It does not appear that they "released" any additional dining times. All they did was allow you to book the package times on whatever was left at your restaurant of choice whenever you booked. Availability seems to exactly match the non package meals of choice.

The CM lies, I got into an "argument" with one this morning when I called to see if/why H&V dinner options are not showing up after 12/16. She told me that Fantasmic packages have not been released yet. I told her they just were and I had already reserved one. She then told me no, you must have reserved only the restaurant as the packages were not released. I then kindly told her "well the reservation I am looking at says Fantasmic."

She looked and simple said "oh you're right. They don't tell us anything." But she was quite rude about the whole thing.

Ok rant over.

The dinner is available as a package but I don't think they've released all the times yet. I am looking for 12/22 at dinner. The only thing I can recommend is keep checking, and don't always believe the CMs.

I see a 3:10 available for 12/14 right now but for a 4 person party. I am trying for 12/17.

It seems like they are adding dinner Fantasic for Minnie's dinner a few days at a time. I booked a lunch Fantasmic a few minutes ago on 12/17 around 1:30 but that is just in case we can't get a dinner one later. Through 12/15, dinner times are available. Starting with 12/16 however, it only allows reservations to be searched as late as 1:30.

I'm going to keep checking back and hope for the best.

What's weird though is that HBD has dinner times available for search through the 17th as late as 4:30. Mama Melrose can be searched up to 3:00. H&V is only through 1:20. ????

Thanks for this observation Lisa I was able to cancel my regular dinner reservation and immediately go over and look for a fantasmic package and sure enough it was there for exactly the time I wanted.

That being said now I have a 3:05 reservation on December 6th for 2 at Hollywood and Vine that I will be canceling at 9 pm pst tomorrow. I posted it on the December cancellation thread as well. No on has contacted me so it is still available as of now in case any of you were on the look out.

Thanks for this observation Lisa I was able to cancel my regular dinner reservation and immediately go over and look for a fantasmic package and sure enough it was there for exactly the time I wanted.

That being said now I have a 3:05 reservation on December 6th for 2 at Hollywood and Vine that I will be canceling at 9 pm pst tomorrow. I posted it on the December cancellation thread as well. No on has contacted me so it is still available as of now in case any of you were on the look out.

This F! process is driving me crazy, as it affects other plans. We already have a PPO H&V breakfast for the Disney Jr. characters, so I really want a dinner, NOT a lunch, for Minnie and the F! package. (Buffets works well with our picky eaters, which is why we want H&V rather than HBD or MM.) 12/12 or 12/15, I can't get anything that would allow us to eat and make the F! show. Frustrating.

I understand! I have a H&V Dinner on 12/14, but I wanted to change it to the F! Dinner Package. No luck. :/
