My family of 8 (my dd10, ds13, ds16, sister and her dd3, my mom & dad, and me) will be goind to both Universal parks for the first time during our vacation next Spring Break (beginning March 10th 2012). We have been to Disney World MANY times. We will be going there during the first five days of our trip. Then, we are changing gears and visiting the Universal parks. We will NOT be purchasing the front of the line passes. We will also be staying at Pop Century (Disney Resort). I did look into staying at the Universal hotels but they are a lot more pricey than the one we will be staying in and everyone voted not to move hotels. My question is... with two day base tickets (not hopping) can we see most everything at both Universal parks? I understand that we probably won't be able to see absolutely all of it... but is it doable? I plan to head to Harry Potter World first. From there we will probably do Dr. Seuss land. Any and all suggestions are welcome! Thanks!

Yes you should be able to do it. Take a look at the crowd reports for this March (in a sticky above) to get an idea of what to expect.

Sure...you can do some things at both parks during that time. The crowds will be pretty heavy but if you get to the parks early, you can do several attractions w/o much of a wait. WWoHP will take the longest amount of time which could limit the rest of your time at IOA. The Studios will be busy but you should be able to do just about everything w/o an EP.

We use FP extensively at WDW, but refuse to pay for EP at US/IoA. I'm just too cheap and we always manage to see everything even if it means waiting a little bit longer in the lines.
