Any one out there know or offer up any ideas in regards to this???

I have 4 days left on a Park Hopper with No Expiration, and my next 2 trips will be in the same calendar year, so I was thinking about going the Annual Pass route since I'm DVC and get the $100 discount.

My question, can I upgrade, and any ideas on how much I would have to pay?

Any help, greatly appreciated.

You can only "upgrade" a partially-used pass within 14 days of the first use.

After the 14-day window is past, you can trade in a partially-used pass (assuming that you have the no-expiry option on it) toward the purchase of an annual lpass.

The trade-in value of each leftover day on the old pass is calculated by how much you originally paid for the pass, divided by the number original number of days. Plusses have no trade-in value.

To trade in your pass, simply go to any ticket window or Guest Relations window at one of the four theme parks.

I'm told that when trading up towards an annual pass, the trade in value is short rated, not pro-rated. I don't know the exact formula but I guess the value you get is roughly what you paid minus the gate price of a ticket whose content was what you already used up. A 10 day non-expiring pass costs about $365. A 6 day non-expiring pass costs about $275. The difference is about $90. so I guess you get $90. credit for the 4 remaining days of a 10 day pass. Pro-ration comes out to about $150.
