I'm shocked it's 10:30 and no one started this thread yet for today? i hope i didn't miss it?
anyhow -- i'm here to scream that I went to the Y! been putting that workout off since the cold weather hit -- i need to utilize my membership more. So today I did 8 mins on the rower, strength training for about 15-20 mins, then 30 very long and hard mins on the elliptical!
i'm drenched!
off to clean house a bit --- PD to all for a great day of activity and healthy eating!

Great job everyone!!! I got in about 50-55 minutes of cardio today, split between the elliptical and the treadmill....I really felt the burn today. Keep up the great work everyone!

I have to say I do a lot better exercising after dinner and enjoy it more too, but it was nice to have it done.
I think that it was the oxygen getting to my brain from all that work!
