No email at checkout?

We just did three split stays and no email at checkout with receipt. Is that a new normal? Or is my email just cursed?
 
We always get one unless we do no charging. I got both when I did my split stays in June and July.
 
We got them at all three resorts over the summer and I charged nothing to the room.

I got one in April when I checked out of VGF and 2 in Jan when we had a split stay between Kidani and BLT
 

In July I had four non-DVC stays (two rooms at two resorts—Pop and BC). For the Pop stay, I received an email for the room I wasn’t staying in and for the BC stay I got an email for the room I was staying in. It made it difficult to calculate charges that were to be reimbursed to me from the other party.
