Alas no Elsa dresses at Disney's Hollywood Studios when we were there on 7/27. Plenty of Anna though. We did see a little girl throwing a fit because she wanted an Elsa dress, not Anna. Even in the new shop dedicated to just Frozen stuff (back by the Toy Story ride) there were no Elsa dresses and no one knew when there would be any.
