No Downtown River Cruise from PO - Riverside?

I'm staying at the PO Riverside resort in late May, I have heard that the French Quarter wont be open until the beginning of June. Does this mean that there will not be any boat service from PO to Downtown Disney?

The boats ARE up and running again. Read it on here a week or so ago.
