No docs for 1/16 cruise yet..told Disney having printer problems

WE are traveling on the Wonder on 1/16 and haven't received our docs yet. (I hope we're traveling ) Spoke with TA and was told Disney is having some type of printer problems. TA is supposed to call me back. I know I had my docs at least two weeks prior when we cruised in April. Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks

We are sailing on the 1/15 Magic. Our TA told us our docs were mailed from Florida yesterday, so we should have them any day now. I would expect yours to be enroute as well.

I am on the 1/15 cruise and I just got mine today. I was able to get a UPS tracking number from TA so I knew when they would arrive.

I called Thursday 12/30 and they put it in a request. Called back today and they said they were sent Thursday - should have them tomorrow. I hope!

I am sailing on the Magic for Jan 22, and I got mine 2 days ago. The printing looked fine, except the luggage tag part is very faint.

Gosh, they gave that excuse for our 12/4/04 cruise docs too. Sounds like they need to work on that system a bit.

TA sent them 12/30 via FedEx 2nd Day delivery. Printing wasn't too bad, but it certainoy wasn't from a new toner cartridge. I had to cross out stateroom # on luggage tags anyway to reflect a recent upgrade.

Here's hoping all y'all's doc's get there soon so that stress can be gone...and onto the next fixation issue about the cruise...

TA informed me that Disney mailed them out to the TA on Tuesday and when they receive them they will send them to me. I hope it is soonnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!

I'm on the 1/16 Wonder and was nervous when I hadn't received mine, too. I called DCL. They gave me the UPS tracking # and it came as scheduled (yesterday).

Eek! We're on 1/15 Magic and no docs yet!! TA said Disney's been having some delays and is trying to get us a tracking number... Our docs got goofed up on our last cruise (w/Princess) too and had to be sent to our hotel in Canada-- was hoping this time would be smoother!

We have half of them as of today. Still waiting for the other halves We are doing back to back cruises. Half of us have Docs for the 16th. The other half has Docs for the 20th! I hope the other halves show up soon!

Got documents yesterday! Filled them out today.

Went to Target today and bought lime green ribbon so it will be on us or our luggage somewhere.

Does anyone know if I have to fill out the credit card charge information for each ticket even though everyone's name is listed as approved to charge on my ticket? I hope that makes sense. I went ahead and filled out everyone's just to be sure.

We received our docs for the 1/15 Magic yesterday, and filled them out within minutes. The printing looked a little choppy, so maybe they really did have some equipment problems. This is the closest to departure we've ever gotten our docs. Sure love having them in hand though, makes it so much more real. This time next week, God willing, my DW and I will be hanging in the Magic Kingdom.
