No Deal

The deal is off today I was looking over the papers the TT I was lead to believe was a 07 was a 06 after checking the born on date this unit was maid in 05 so the unit is two years old. So now I’m go to order 07 with all the option the dealer said they could do. Plus adding some safety features for Rudy incase we loose power when we are at the park. So we will not have is for our trip in March. The good thing is I will have it just the way I want.

Sorry the hear that, DC. I can tell from your posts that you did all the reasearch that you needed - hopefully, the dealer made an honest mistake..?
Could he have cut the $$$ even more..? Or was he just trying to get an "older" unit off the lot..? Just curious...

Better to get one the way you want it, and you'll still be at the Fort...!

I now think just trying to older unit. Dealer did offer to knock more $$ off the price i'm look at it like this the unit is a year old so if I go to sell it in 3 years i'm sell a 4 year old unit not a 3 year old one. The unit was maid in 05 so it been in the weather 1 1/2 years. My bank can't give me a new RV loan it would have to be a used RV loan Higher % Rate.

It pays to check we are spoiled as we have ordered our last 3 units and feel it is worth the wait to get what you want.

Be glad that you went for the new model. We got stuck in the same situation you almost did. When we went to trade it in on the 34' Class A, the guy didn't want it and we had to sell it somewhere else on consignment. We got a whole lot less than we wanted for the TT and it took way longer than expected to sell. Count your lucky stars you did your research!
