What a shame. This lady was just there, and they werent happy that they had to go out of the hotel to each the one night. The other times they were in the parks, but the one evening, they took the monorail to the Poly to eat there. They loved it though, so were fine with it in the end, but it was a complaint.
We stayed at the Grand Floridian in October and we absolutely LOVED the Grand Floridian but my only compliant would be that Gasprilla's did not have a great selection. Their dessert selection is almost non-existent. We even got the pizza one night, but it as just ok. We ate there a few years ago and the selection was much better than it was this last time but it is a small compliant because the rest of the resort was Super!

We stayed at the Grand Floridian a couple of times, the earliest back in 1990, and I remember Gasperilla's always having a very poor selection. It seemed very clear to us that the intent was for the super-deluxe guest to eschew the fast food for the plethora of table service options available at that hotel (five -- more than any other single resort). Back then, we weren't financially as able to "keep up with the Joneses" so we noticed the lack in Gasperilla's quite a bit.
