No Clue What Restaurants to Book

Here is what I have so far

I'm wondering if I have too many character buffets aka bad food places. Please advise.
Crystal Palace (I hear this is a must with 3 yrs old and 7 yr olds)
Tusker House (Breakfast)
Sci Fi
CHef Mickey's (Is this really that bad...if so maybe we will try the garden grill)
Mama Melrose or Prime Time (still on the fence)
Kona cafe or OHana's (Looking for all arounf good food here)

Any more must dos???

I would really advise against Sci-Fi and look into Mama Melrose or Prime Time; though fun, the food at the Sci-Fi diner is quite overpriced and bad. Their burgers taste like a counter service and yet you're paying almost double...

I love Chef Mickey's for dinner and O'hana's for breakfast and have never had bad food at either!
