No Chicken the first two weeks on South beach?

Is this true? my boss told me so and i didn't believe her. My understanding was that you can substitute chicken for fish during the two weeks...am i wrong?

Your boss is wrong. One of my favorite recipes from Phase 1 is the Balsamic Chicken.

If you plan to follow the South Beach diet you should really get the book and read it to understand exactly what this diet entails. I have seen a lot of instances where someone has relied on information about the diet that they got second-hand, and that info turned out to be incorrect.
