Well today was weigh in day and I had "no change." I am still up +1 from my low of 230. This may not seem like good news but I was just happy that the # did not go UP. This has been a bad week for me. I am still getting back into the swing of things after being gone a week. And though I have not been journalling (bad bad me) I do think I have thing under control, eating wise. Exercise on the other hand, well lets just say, tomorrow is another day.

So change is good news this time. :D

It sounds like you are getting yourself back on track. And I agree no gain is a good thing! I was in your shoes last week after a 10 day vacation and I was thrilled that I stayed the same. Once you get back to journaling and exercising you should see some weight loss next week. Good for you!

Well that is great news that at least you didn't gain anything!! Good for you!! Once you are back on plan you will have results to show!! :):)

Yahoo! No change is a good thing sometimes! :) I hope you get moving around a little bit more today! Hopefully next time you step on the scale (no sneak weighs for a week!!!) you will see a change in the happy direction!!! :) You can do it! Congratulations on getting the eating back under control. You can always slide over to the WISH journal board and journal your food there... ;)

Have a great weekend!

I agree that no gain is a good thing! You know, for me, starting over and knowing all of the changes that have to made (i.e., eat healthy, drink the gallon of water, get plenty of cardio exercise and weight training, change my attitude about lifestyle, etc) can seem overwhelming at the start. One thing that has helped for me was to make one change at a time, and master it. Then, add another change, and so on. You have the eating under control, so maybe just add the journaling back into your routine. Once your back into the swing of journaling, start some exercise (maybe just walking for 1/2 hour)...get that down and make another positive change. Just a thought!
