No Celebrate the Magic on my MK day?

So I put Celebrate the Magic in my itinerary for our Magic Kingdom day, on our 20th anniversary, followed by Wishes. Today I see " Celebrate the Magic is no longer available on this date. Please remove it from your plans." Any reason they wouldn't have CTM? And are we going to be missing something big, that I should plan another MK evening?

I don't see it on the calendar after 7/16. Could be a glitch, could be it's no longer being shown.

It's still on the calendar for my MK day which is 9/6.

I know that if it is a party night or something they often don't have it. And IMO, if you miss it, it is not a big enough deal to plan another MK day/evening just for that. For me, it is one of those things that is nice to see, but not a "must do".

There aren't any parties in August, though.

I didn't mean just the big parties like MNSSHP or MMVMCP, there are events from time to time for a lot of different occasions and reasons. I don't know that this is why, but I was just throwing it out there as a possible explanation.

I'd expect CtM every night
Unlike parades and fireworks, CtM costs virtually nothing to perform.

And, it can be "changed" with zero down-time, as all effects within the show are video projections. Just open a new computer file, and you have a new show!
The exception to the "all projections" factor is during the holidays when they add in the Castle Ice Lights to the show.

One thing I learned a while back is that they have to calibrate the projectors for CtM every night, because with the swampy ground at WDW, the castle can actually move a couple centimeters a day, as the land "sloshes" back and forth.
Also, there's a slow, long-term drift, so that if we wait long enough, the castle will actually be at Animal Kingdom.
I know this doesn't address the original question, but as this show is my favorite thing at MK, and probably the only must-see thing for me there, I found it interesting.

I'm so over Wishes but I too really look forward to CTM. We'll be there a week later, hope it's still showing. Great piece of info there, cigar!

It shows down from July 17th through August 13th on the HUB but not under the Refurbishment calendar...

Well that stinks! This is the entire duration of our trip :( Dinosaur, Big Thunder and now CTM all down while we are going to be there. Glad we choose to add the WP this year and have a more laid back trip. These are all some of our favorites.

CTM is shown at MNSSHP and MVMCP.

Well, I am looking at the itinerary for my trip right now and on the MNSSHP nights there is no CtM listed as running.

I would assume that it's because CtM doesn't run during regular park hours on days when the party takes place.

It has shown on every party night since its debut. Also, relying on the MDE itinerary list as gospel for your planning isn't a fantastic plan. Disney is pretty terrible at making changes, correcting mistakes, etc.
