No Car-OKW...luggage?

This may be a dumb question , but, does OKW have bell service if one arrives without a car? I'm sure they would. I'm just curious since you can basically drive right up to your building.

yes - OKW has bell services - very good bell services they try very hard to make sure that you are happy - a long time ago - I think it was my third trip before I learned to request a room - I got building 49 - I really wanted building 18 - well the bell service guy saw that and he went back to the front desk and got me building 18 - I can't say enough about bell services - very outstanding

anyway once you know where you are going to stay they will take you and your luggage there in one of the carts.

make sure you tell them that you have never stayed at OKW before - so they can should you the sights.

Bell services at OKW are the best! They take you by golf cart or van. On our last big family trip nearly everyone else elected to go with the bell services CM while I drove our rental van! Dan was super. He gave the family a tour and many tips for our stay.
I always check for burned out light bulbs (I need lots of light to read or stitch by) when we first get in. I discovered a burned out light bulb in a lamp and then no bulb in the refrigerator. Dan made a quick call to maintenance and a lovely lady responded promptly to his call.
And the bell services CMs always wave as they pass by in the golf carts or vans!

Not to mention they're happy to lug your bags up to the third floor. Hmm, makes me think I'll unload the rental van when we check in 8/17.

My 2yo DGD thought the golf cart was a great "ride". Even better than the airoplane!

I own at BWV but as far as I'm concerned the Bell services staff at OKW are the best!!! They always go above and beyond.
