I went out to Marc's at 8am this morning to grocery shop for the week ahead because we needed milk and bread. I then stopped at Bruegger's for a bagel with cream cheese. I also ran to Lowe's for some screws to fix out bathtub fawcet (and picked up some cute pink kitchen aid measuring cups and spoons). I picked up my copy of New Moon that I had preordered with a giftcard and then went to Pat Catan's to finish getting the stuff to finish our scrapbook from our Disney trip. I had a $25 giftcard from my Aunt so no money out of pocket.

I've read this whole thread and I'm very impressed by you ladies. We live in NJ and my hubby is a high school teacher and I'm a part time substitute teacher. With all the announcements about our school budgets from the state I realize we need to really tighten our belts so I plan to take up the no buy challenge in April. I'm going to do my best to keep the next few days of March no buy but since I haven't shopped for Easter yet it's going to be hard. Thanks for the inspiration!!!!
