No Buy March

Long time, no see ... glad to see some old faces and loads of new ones... its been <mumble> months since I was last here and I've seriously fallen off the wagon but its all paying for our next trip and I've had very little frivolous spending so its not all been in vain.

Thanks to no-buy, I'm going to be holidaying on cash with the only debt being paid off immediately on arrival home - just have to use a CC sometimes...

I think I need to come back, I miss my no-buy buddies!

Those darn Girl Scout cookies are pushing me over in my grocery category. At this point I'm looking at trying to stay in the total budget number, not so much which category it's coming from. So even though I have $50 left in clothing I will not be buying myself a new jacket because if I do I can't spend anything on groceries for the next week and half!

Colorado - it was warm enough on St. Patrick's Day that everyone was in tank tops and flip flops, and snow today!

Don't you love the mood swings the weather has. I guess in Colorado snow can be expected. It's 72 in Connecticut today. It's not supposed to last though :( Still, we're enjoying it while we can!
