No Buy March

Wow! I'm really impressed. How on earth do you do it?

I know what you mean. I am lucky if a gallon of milk lasts us 2 days, and we don't have the fridge space to hold more then one, so we are very lcuky to have 2-$0 days in a row. Then there is fruit and veggies, our fridge likes to freeze those so I can't buy too much at once. Plus, my kids go through fruits and veggies like crazy. We are going through a bag of oranges and a couple bags of baby carrots a day!

I had another no buy yesterday! Yay! Today I spent $$ on a restaurant.com GC 1.60 and I'm going away on a scrapbbok weekend so I know the weekend won't be no spend. I just have to make sure I keep the damage to a minimum and encourage hubby to do the same. With no mom around to cook dinners pizza is an easy out!

This week I did very well. The only thin I spent money on was lunches during work hours.
I spent about $60. Which isn't as bad as I normally do but still I think there is definitely room for improvement. I spent the week browsing but stayed true to the "No Buy March" Plan. I would like to create a budget for myself like I am seeing you all do but baby steps must be taken.

Yay! Another no-buy day. Plus, I picked up the American Girl doll that my DD and I won at the AG doll fashion show. What a nice surprise--the package we won is worth $255. This weekend isn't no-buy, but will try to keep our spending to a minimum. Maybe will be on target for 10 no-buys this month...
