1/2--$0!!
1/3--$26.34 Subway for lunch and $3.50 for newspapers (gotta have my coupons!)
1/4--$44.84-snacks for DH's lunch, cokes, and a sippy cup for DGS and $6.49 for DH's supper while he was at work
1/5--$3.06 for DGS's Nursery water (got three gallons on sale at Harvey's and he only had enough for one more bottle anyway!) and $22.43 at the meat store (enough for 5 meals)
1/6--trip to Walgreens--$0 (got some meds on the FSA-already in budget- and some great deals on the coupon items)
1/7--$.08--went to Walgreens and got me some free cookies and Walmart--$7.81 for stuff to make spaghetti
1/8--42.96--dog and cat food, plus a few more things we needed to make it through the weekend foodwise
1/9--$0
1/10--$18.61--Walmart for the few things I needed for the next 3 meals. (This made enough stuff to make chicken pot pie, chili, and hamburgers!) $3.50 newspapers
1/11--This could be a $0 day, but I may get some ribs to cook so DH has some for lunch tomorrow... just have to wait and see I guess. If I get them, it will only be less than $10.--I didn't buy anything so it was a $0!!
1/12--I spent $490 on car tags for my car and DS and DD but that doesn't count here since that's in the "hardcore" budget. That leaves me with $0 spent!!!

Total number of $0 days--5

Dh got milk and tortillas w/ a walmart gc he had so no expense from the grocery budget. But I really slacked off for dinner since I had school and swim lessons last night so I ordered pizza. Expensive dinner at $39 but well worth the peace of the evening.

also I returned a school book since it wasn't needed for the class so $109.14 back to the school budget. DH has an $80 fee to pay though for a different class but returning his book should help offset most of that cost.

Saturday is mid-way through the month so I'll take a look and see how I'm faring then.

Droped the kittens off at the vet and then went shopping...I actually did pretty well at Kroger; everything I bought was on sale. My recipt says I saved $22!!! Then I went to Target and bought stuff I could have lived without, oh well. I bought my plane ticket for my WDW weekend in March. I'll have to pay for the kittens tomorrow when I pick them up; and Petsmart has kitten food on sale, so I'll stock up on that since I pass it on the way to the vet.
