No Bounceback Offer

Earlier this month when my family and I were at WDW I was looking for the bounceback offer on the TV, however I never saw it mentioned.

That's what I was beginning to think on my trip... that they weren't showing it on the TV anymore. It was a great idea, as it never "walked" like so many of the cards. I was glad I saw my card later, so I would know what they looked like.

Well I noticed the bounceback offer sheet right away after we checked-in, so that was one thing we didn't need to worry about.

We are booked for September. But I took all the info from these boards and called from are room. That way I didn't have to worry if there was in my room or not. Right now we are booked for pop but thinking of changing to Wl.

I'm not even sure we're planning to go back in 2010, but it would have given us something to think about while we were there.

I'd love to get the same rate we had at WL CL again next December.

I'll give Disney a call and see what's up. You would think they would want people to come back, wouldn't you? Just good marketing.

If you have the one night deposit, it may be worth it and you could always cancel. Just a thought.

We stayed at the GF in October and were never offered the BB. I called maybe a month after we returned after reading on the dis that we should of been offered it. I called and got a CM that just kind of said "tough, you missed it" but then I decided to send an e-mail. I sent it around 2 weeks ago, they sent a confirmation that they got my e-mail and said I would probably hear back from someone within 10 days but I still haven't heard anything back. Linda

You might have better luck calling and asking to speak to a supervisor. It's been longer than they said, but Christmas was in the range as well. I see no reason why they can't get back to you sooner. You could alse resend the email. I might try that first if I were you.
