No blow dryer?

When we stayed at AKV (Jambo) in March, our studio did not have a blow dryer. I was a little surprised, but managed without since it was just for one night before our cruise. My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary and will be staying in a studio at BWV in June and if I don't have to pack one that would be great! I had thought it said in the DVC book that the studios have one, but I certainly don't want to go the whole week without one if it turns out they don't. Can anyone tell me for sure that the studios at BWV have them? Thanks!!

If I remember correctly - We stayed in a 1 BR at Jambo a few years ago. They didn't have a wall mounted dryer, but a regular dryer stored in a basket under the sink. So it could be that someone took the dryer from the studio. But all rooms should have a hair dryer in them.

Aaah! Good to know. We did look all around because I wondered if maybe there wasn't one stored somewhere else. If there doesn't happen to be one when we get there I will ask the front desk! For the one night, it wasn't a big deal so I didn't even ask about it.

All of the newer and rehabbed resorts have the blow dryer in a bag located in the master Bath. Either under the vanity or in a drawer in the vanity.

we were at the BWVs just last week:, and like always, had a dryer stored under the sink.
btw, we brought our own - theirs is very weak and frizzes both my and dd's hair (i believe it's a conair, we have a fhi).

The AKV studios have the blow dryer hidden in a drawstring bag in the armoire. You definitely have to be LOOKING for it.

All units should have a blow dryer. If you do not have 1 call housekeeping and they will bring it to you.

The newer ones are not wall mounted and walk off alot.

I was there last week(Jambo House, studio) and the blow dryer was in a bag in the armoire on the top shelf over the hangers.

Thank you all for taking the time to respond! I know it's not a very important issue, but I sure appreciate knowing! And, I don't know that we looked in the armoire, so that's really good to know!! It was an extremely quick trip. . .this one will be much more relaxed. . .
