NO Bill, NO Confirmation.....correct address issue again!!

I have contacted MS several times and told them I have NOT recieved my dues statement or have NOT recieved my confirmation of my future reservations in the mail.

Of course, I know I can check online but I still like to get the 'mail' (I keep these in my DVC folder with reminders). I inquired about having the correct address as they had it wrong in the past month and ask them to resend the information. They confirmed the address but still NO bill or confirmation!!!

Should I just be patient and accept that it is now up to me to remember to check when my dues are due online (I know it is not that tough but it comes at a time of year when things get busy/crazy and I hate being late for payments!!). Is this the way MS works now? If so, then can we get reminders through MS into our emails????

Now, I guess I will go make out the check for my dues!!! The address to send it to is online somewhere correct????? LOL!!

I would make out that check and call member accounting about your dues statement. Make sure THEY have the right address and tell them to send you one ASAP.

Then call MS again and ask to speak to a manager. Explain the problem and see if they can fix it for you.

I don't blame you for wanting a hard copy of these items.

I agree with Dumbo71, I think the member profiles for Member Services are tied to the owner of record with DVC Accounting. If member services has a different address than accounting, I think the accounting address trumps it.

Dues statements would be issued by accounting, so I would definately check with them to see what is up.
