I have always needed strollers and bags when taking grandkids to Disneyland. Bags have gotten smaller over the years and I am wondering if I can eliminate a bag altogether on my next trip. The kids will all only have phones they will carry in their pockets so they are good. I have never been comfortable with a phone in my pocket so I wondered if one of the CLEAR phone lanyards is acceptable or is it considered a bag?
Do you empty pockets in the no bag security line? Are there restrictions on what can be carried in pockets? A small pocket wallet that has a space for a couple credit cards and a few bills? I have never used Apple Pay but could learn and that may eliminate a need for a credit card. Anyone used Apple Pay in the parks? Is it easy and accepted everywhere?
What about water bottles in the no bag check line? I usually have a small Hydro Flask. They make a cross body sling for carrying the bottle. It does have a very small zippered pocket about the size of a credit card. Could you wear that into the parks or would that be considered a bag?
Thanks for your help with this. I don’t want to get in the no bag line only to be sent to the back of the bag check line because I have a lanyard, bottle sling, or something unacceptable in my pocket.
