No Available Cape May Reservations!!

I've been hoping for an opening at Cape May for a late breakfast on Friday Dec 10 and haven't had any luck. Can I just call the restaurant the day before or morning of the 10th and see if they have any openings or do I have to do this through Disney Dining?

You would call dining or if you are staying there, you might try walking up to the podium - that's a better bet before they open for the morning, or right @ opening time, so that wouldn't work for a late breakfast as you posted.

Are you staying at the BC or YC? I would just ask to concierge to see what they can do for you.

In May 09 it was pouring and we didn't want to walk into Epcot for our Rose & Crown ADR for dinner. When we got back from the park that afternoon we asked the concierge desk (at the YC) to see if they could get us in Cape May for dinner instead. They did so, no problem. They also cancelled our Rose & Crown ADR for us.

They also got us Yachtsman Steakhouse that same trip and cancelled Calif Grill for us (again, it was due to it raining cats and dogs...as my daughter kept saying). I believe when you stay at a resort, they go out of their way to help you with their own restaurants.

My friend stayed there in May. She could not get a ressie online. one morning she went down and asked if there were any openings for breakfast and was seated right away. Good luck.
