jUST CHECKED FOR May 1-9th and POFQ & CONTEMPORARY are not available. Also no family suites at ASMU and no preferred rooms at Pop. Anything going on at this time?

the Minnie Marathon is going on the 2-4 i believe, that draws in quite a crowd so might be b/c of that....

Nothing much for the end of April either. I have a reservation for WL, wanted to change it to Yacht Club - forget it. The ONLY thing they had to offer was AKL Standard View and Wilderness Cabins. I kept my WL.

Things are heating up at the World. It's great - but we just have to book way out from now on.

I think your title is misleading. You checked for one moderate, one deluxe, a family suite and a preferred room at a value. Was there nothing else at any other resort for anything?

It must be the effect of events that weekend i.e. the marathon...b/c we're going the following weekend (Th-Sun, 9th-11th) and I just did a check out of curiousity -- all wide open except Beach Club Villas. Also, the dates you stated show that POFQ is available...but only King Size rooms.

Disney is just a busy place. There doesn't have to be anything special going on for rooms to get booked up these days it seems.

I'm sure you will find something.

Not shocked about the ASMu family suites though...they book up fast no matter when you want to go!

No my title is not misleading i'm just asking a question. And they were places I originally was looking at before I choose POR. You don't have to sound so rude.

Did you ask for a package or just room? I found once I could not get a package but I could get a room only.

First, I don't feel disnut8's response was rude.

But that's not the issue. Frequently, a single night's unavailability will make a resort appear 'booked' for one's entire stay.
