No AP Codes for the "Black Hole" dates

The following was posted by my travel agent on another website. I have been with them for years, so I trust the information. They said it came from an email from Disney.

Here is the word on this. You heard correctly. From now on, these discounts are only available to book online.
The only offer available for Passholders is the Best Rate program that is bookable on-line only.
The Best Rate program is the ONLY Passholder offer we will have and it REPLACES all other Passholder offers that we have executed in the past. Passholders can currently book travel on this program through 2/15/06 however there is a 60 advance booking requirement (along with other requirements) on this program. Future travel dates will be added as needed throughout the year.

All this strange conflicting info coming from CRO is really irritating.

Any idea when this change (to 60 days) was officially announced?

this is sid from the DRC. to be honest, there's no official word on if there's going to be anything happening with the Passholder rates. currently, as everyone knows, the "Best Rate" program is the only one that's surpassing the 10/4 date. as i said, there's no official word on what's coming out yet.

If so, this upsets me EVEN more. I called on Tuesday, couldn't book any kind of AP discount for check in on 10/21 because I was at less than the 120 day mark... BUT was at EXACTLY 60 days. Called back the next day to go ahead and book, it was 59 days... and they made the change the next day?
