No answers from MS E mail

I have sent two responses to Member services afeter recieving emails one was sent two weeks ago the other last week.
I replyied to email from a member services?
Any one have this problem?
I hate calling because it always seems loke there is a long wait on the telephone or member services closes early
 
It sounds like you are going to have to bite the bullet and call. I have never had a long wait when I call MS. By long, I mean less than 5 minutes. Most times I have had no wait.
 
I would call right away if you have a problem. They are open late on Thursday evenings.

I don't follow what you are saying about the e-mail. Did you respond to one of their e-mails and then they didn't respond back to you or have they failed to respond to one that originated from you?

I sent an email then recieved a response from a cm.He answered my questions regarding availabiity and then requested that i respond to clarify my ressie request.
I replied directly to the cm

I realize that calling is not that bad but I feel that the cm should respond to my questions.

Thanks for clarifying. I agree, a CM should respond. But don't penalize yourself by not calling and waiting to hear back. I would make two calls. One to MS and another to the CM's supervisor.

they generally response to my email in 48 hours - now they say to give them 3 days (more over the weekend/holidays) - but a week -

maybe he send the confirmation in the mail - then it will take 10 days to get to you.

but he still should have send you a email telling you that he was send your confirmation by mail - and not leave you hanging.
 
Email can be hit or miss. It frequently takes a couple of days to hear back. You should get an automatic reply email almost immediately, if you don't something is wrong. If it's critical, I'd call. I do like email to have a documentation trail.

I called member services on Monday or Tuesday afternoon and they picked up before the recording even started. I made my reservation and was off the phone in 3 or 4 minutes! I had a great cm, she answered questions before I asked them (like confirming my point balances before and after the reservation).
 
I called MS and my plans were confirmed in ten minutes.Call was answered without message.
In the past i heard about how busy they were due to all those making holiday ressies.NO MATTER WHEN I CALLED.
I like to use the email for routine questions.I just tgought it was strange not to get any response from CM .I did recieve the confirmation e mail stating that i should recieve an answer in 3 days
