Nope, couldn't do it. On day 180, I made my ADR's. When I changed a few days at WL to a Disney cruise, I had to rearrange some of my ADR's (at about Day 120), and I couldn't get a reservation for Mama Melrose Fantasmic package. 
When we went in Feb, we started to call around for dining reservations when we got there, we were told we could eat at Spoodles. That's all they had available for that night.
Spoodles was good. But I won't go without ADRs again.
